In accordance with United Kingdom and European law, customers have an unconditional right to cancel an order for a full refund from Southern Tank Services Ltd up to 14 days after the goods are received by you.

If a customer wishes to return an item and cancel an order with Southern Tank Services Ltd, just contact us within the period outlined above to arrange for the goods to be returned at cost to you. It is not Southern Tank Services Ltd.’s responsibility to pay for the return of your goods unless there is a fault see T&Cs for more information on faulty goods.

The cost of returning Bulky Goods such as Tanks is estimated to be expensive (in excess of £200). So, take care and diligence when ordering the correct product. Make sure to check Dimensions too!

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that good care is taken of the goods whilst in their possession and that they are returned to Southern Tank Services Ltd in a condition whereby they are fit for resale and are unused as determined by the Supplier.
