GRAF One2Clean 10PE Sewage Treatment Plant

The GRAF One2Clean 10PE sewage treatment plant treats domestic wastewater for properties of up to 10 people, producing clean, fully-treated effluent that can be discharged to a watercourse or soakaway under the Environment Agency General Binding Rules. It is a single-tank, single-chamber system with no moving or electrical parts inside the tank and measures 4560x1755x2220mm (LxWxH).

Market-leading SBR technology

One2Clean uses Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) technology to aerate the entire tank in a single chamber, activating the wastewater immediately without internal pumping. This delivers effluent quality with a cleaning efficiency of up to 99%, keeps sludge volumes low and extends the intervals between de-sludging. The plant handles a maximum daily flow of 1500 litres and a working volume of 6500 litres.

Fully treated to BS EN 12566-3, the One2Clean 10PE produces an effluent quality suitable for discharge to a soakaway or directly to a running watercourse where permitted, in line with the Environment Agency General Binding Rules. Its consistently high standard makes it a recognised solution for nutrient-neutrality schemes in sensitive catchments where phosphate and nitrate limits apply.

The One2Clean 10PE is ideal for homes, groups of dwellings and small developments that are off the mains drainage network. With no mechanical components submerged in the wastewater, maintenance is simple and running costs stay low, while the plug-and-play control module means there is no on-site wiring inside the tank.
