GRAF OneAdvanced 50PE Sewage Treatment Plant

The GRAF OneAdvanced 50PE sewage treatment plant (formerly One2Clean Advanced) is a high-capacity system for larger homes, commercial sites and complex developments serving up to 50 people. This configuration is supplied as a single Carat XXL 38000L tank, handling a maximum daily flow of 7500 litres across a working volume of 38000 litres.

Advanced, scalable SBR treatment

OneAdvanced builds on proven Sequencing Batch Reactor technology with an upgraded control panel and an additional primary treatment stage, delivering excellent effluent quality that can be tuned to meet the strictest discharge consents. The modular design scales from 10PE to 1000PE, so treatment lines can be added as a project grows or shut down to cope with seasonal load changes. Energy use starts from just 0.95kWh per day.

Optional upgrades and compliance

Plug-and-play upgrades - including phosphate removal, denitrification, carbon dosing, UV or chlorine disinfection, a pumped outlet and remote WebMonitor monitoring - allow the OneAdvanced 50PE to be configured for nutrient-neutrality schemes and demanding environmental consents. All treatment is certified to BS EN 12566-3.
