Piusi CF60 10-Micron Diesel and Oil Particle Filter – 60ltr/min with Filter Elements
The Piusi CF60 10-Micron Diesel and Oil Particle Filter is a high-quality canister-style particle fuel filter rated at 60ltr/min, designed to remove fine particles from diesel, gas oil, and lubricating oil at the suction or delivery end of a fuel dispensing system. Supplied complete with a filter head and 10-micron filter element, the CF60 provides out-of-box installation capability for protecting fuel systems, pump vanes, and vehicle engines from the particulate contamination that accumulates in stored fuel over time.
10-Micron Spin-On Canister at 60ltr/min
The CF60 uses a spin-on canister element design with a 10-micron filtration rating that captures fine metallic debris, organic particulates, and mineral sediment that would otherwise pass through coarser fuel filters and cause progressive damage to injection system components. The operating pressure rating of 12 bar maximum makes it compatible with the full pressure range of pump-based dispensing systems, including high-pressure oil dispensing applications. Standard 1" BSP and Piusi flanged port connections provide compatibility with the widest range of commercial fuel pipework and fittings. Replacement 60ltr/min filter elements (code 611000) are available separately to maintain filtration performance over the lifetime of the filter head.

Applications and Usage
The Piusi CF60 is suitable for suction or delivery side installation on mid-flow diesel and oil dispensing systems at agricultural operations, commercial vehicle workshops, and industrial fuel storage installations. At 60ltr/min it is a natural partner for Piusi Panther 56 and similar mid-flow pump installations, providing fine particle protection appropriate for modern common-rail diesel engines. Replacement elements should be kept on site to eliminate dispensing downtime when servicing. The CF60 can also be used in oil dispensing systems where 10-micron filtration is required ahead of precision lubrication components.

If access to the delivery address is restricted, please advise when placing the order. This will allow us to arrange for a suitably sized delivery vehicle. The customer is responsible for arranging for large items to be offloaded from the delivery vehicle at the customer’s premises. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

Next-Day Delivery is not Guaranteed – The order Cut-off for Qualifying next-day delivery addresses is 3pm. But please contact us as some orders can still be fulfilled after this time.
Returns Policy
In accordance with United Kingdom and European law, customers have an unconditional right to cancel an order for a full refund from Tank Services up to 14 days after the goods are received by you.
If a customer wishes to return an item and cancel an order with Tank Services, please contact us within the period outlined above to arrange for the goods to be returned at cost to you. It is not Tank Services’ responsibility to pay for the return of your goods (see T&Cs for more information ).
Please take care when ordering the correct product, as the cost of returning tanks and bulky goods can be expensive.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that good care is taken of the goods whilst in their possession. Goods must be returned to Tank Services in a suitable resale condition and unused as determined by the Supplier. Please see our standard Terms & Conditions for further details.
