Piusi Ocio Digital Fuel Tank Level Gauge – Continuous Reading Tank Content Indicator

The Piusi Ocio Digital Fuel Tank Level Gauge is a continuous-reading, hydrostatic digital tank level indicator designed primarily for commercial diesel storage tanks, but equally compatible with water, AdBlue, oil, and screenwash when specified with the appropriate probe. First launched in 2002 and now in widespread use globally, the Ocio has become the standard electronic tank level gauge for commercial fuel storage tanks across the UK — combining accuracy, reliability, and practical installation flexibility in a proven Piusi design.

Hydrostatic Measurement with Configurable Relay Outputs

The Ocio operates on a hydrostatic pressure measurement principle, using a tank probe connected to the display unit via 10 metres of capillary tubing. The probe is installed via a standard 1/2" BSP balance chamber fitting at the bottom of the tank. Once calibrated to the tank's specific dimensions, the digital display shows the tank contents in mm, litres, or percentage — switchable to suit the operator's preference. When a pre-set low or high level is reached, the LCD screen flashes to provide a visual alert, and the two built-in relay outputs can be wired to external equipment including audible tank alarms, building management systems, or pump control circuits for automated operations. Working temperature range is -20°C to +50°C, making it suitable for outdoor and unheated fuel store environments.
