Tank & Bund:

A 20000-litre steel bunded diesel tank dispenser is suitable for commercial applications for refuelling vehicles and plant. This tank is well suited for the construction, haulage and agricultural industry due to its rugged, heavy-duty construction. The tank is fully compliant with control of pollution regulations and all applicable fuel storage regulations.

The diesel fuel is stored in the primary or inner tank. The outer tank forms the required bund with a capacity of 110% of the primary tank’s capacity, which makes this tank suitable for commercial installations. This tank is ideal for the storage of Derv (white diesel) or Gas Oil (red diesel) and HVO. A bunded tank is a tank within a tank. The outer tank provides protection for the inner tank which therefore makes it harder for the inner tank to fail. However, in the unlikely event of the inner tank failing, the outer tank will provide secondary containment.

The generously sized fuel cabinet makes refuelling a simple and clean task. All pumping equipment is stored in the lockable cabinet, which is secure and safe. This keeps your hose, nozzle and other equipment safe when not in use. The large cabinet will allow for other equipment to be stored, including spill kits, fire extinguishers, gloves and PPE.

Tank Finish:

• Surface preparation ST2. We then apply a fuel resistant Zinfos 340WS solvent-borne high performance anti-corrosive one coat system, multi-surface self-priming mid-sheen topcoat (50% gloss). Applied to give a wet film thickness of 150 microns and dry film thickness of 75 microns.
